How much does it cost?
Custom fly rods start around $175 but because every custom rod has different components it is impossible to give you a price without knowing what you are looking for. I have found that most people are looking for either a very nice rod for fishing or one that is just pretty. While I can make both I prefer to start with high performance parts and make a rod that you will use instead of having it hang on a wall. After making the rod into a useful fishing tool is when I would suggest adding things such as feather inlays, birthstones and any other cosmetic attributes.
